Berlin Police searching for bank robber suspect

BERLIN, Conn. (WTNH) — Berlin Police are investigating after a man robbed a bank Thursday afternoon.

Police say a man entered the TD Bank at 1127 Farmington Avenue just before 5 p.m. and gave a note to a teller demanding cash.

The suspect was wearing a Yankee baseball cap, gray shorts and a black tee shirt with a white tee shirt underneath.

He was described as a white male, 5’5″-6′ tall, slim build, 25-35 years old, with short, dark hair.

Police say no weapon was displayed.

Anyone who may have information on this robbery is asked to call the Berlin Police Department at 860-828-7080.
