(WTNH)– It’s about time for the school bell to ring with students going back to class over the next few weeks.
There are of course many tips to save you money on back to school clothes especially during this tax-free week. But here are some other unique suggestions to save you cash that you can do before you go to the clothing store.
- Take inventory of what you need and write it down. That keeps you from over-spending on a must-have — or something you think is a must have.
- Shop out of season. So if you’re going to the store today, grab something for winter — those items could be on sale.
- If you have multiple children, get younger siblings excited about hand-me-downs. Sometime your little ones will really like something that your not-so-little one once wore.
