Shelton man accused of videotaping student in Milford locker room

MILFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — A 71-year-old Shelton man is accused of videotaping a student inside a locker room at the YMCA in Milford.

Police say Joseph Marino used his cell phone to videotape the student on May 7, 2014. He was arrested Wednesday after a warrant was issued.

The Peters Lane man is charged with voyeurism and risk of injury to a minor. He was released on a promise to appear in court on September 15.

The victim’s age and gender were not provided. Marino’s relationship to the victim is also unclear.
