Hollywood Minute: Amy Schumer Goes Gothic, Skrillex Defends High Tech Music

(WTNH) — Just call him winner. MTV announced Kayne West will receive the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. It’s to celebrate the art of music videos. No word on if someone will interrupt Kanye when he accepts his award, as he famously did to Taylor Swift when she won a Grammy award back in 2009. Taylor and Kanye have since made up.

Justin Bieber, Diplo and Skrillex sat down with The New York Times to show the world how they made a hit song … and it’s all from a computer.

“People think that people have no talent if they make computer music,” Skrillex told The New York Times. “I think it’s awesome. It just shows how young it still is and how relevant it’s going to be for a long time.”

A fan found Amy Schumer’s doppelganger: The woman in American Gothic. Apparently the comedian saw the resemblance and recreated the pic with Academy Award winner J.K. Simmons.
