HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Rapper 50 Cent is looking to cash out on his massive multi-million dollar home in Farmington.

The 50,000 square foot property is now on the market again after multiple attempts to sell it before. In 2007, the rapper born Curtis Jackson listed it for $18.5 million but has dropped the price several times.

The rapper’s attorneys have said he was trying to lease the mansion. Attorneys worked out details on court oversight of payments to the rapper’s attorneys and accountants and disclosure to creditors of his endorsement deals. The next hearing is September 18th.

He filed for bankruptcy last month after being ordered to pay $7 million to a woman over a sex tape she said he posted online.
