Suspect wanted in Andover shooting

ANDOVER, Conn. (WTNH) — Connecticut State Police are looking for a suspect accused in a shooting in Andover.

The Eastern District Major Crime Squad is not releasing any specific details about the shooting, but they it is not the homicide on July 3.

Police describe the suspect as male wearing dark clothing, red riding gloves, a distinctive style helmet, and distinctive style shoes. They say he was riding a smaller, red and white dirt bike.

Anyone with information about the suspect’s identity is asked to call the Eastern District Major Crime Squad at (860) 896-3230 or (860) 896-3216. After hours and weekends, call (860) 685-8190.
