Three injured in Bridgeport shooting

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (WTNH) — Two people were shot, and one injured after a shooting in Bridgeport early Saturday morning.

Police say they were called to the area of William Street and Crescent Avenue at 2:00 a.m. Saturday for an alleged shooting. When officers arrived, they found two victims with gunshot wounds, and another victim with a non-weapon induced injury to the head.

The first victim, a 25-year-old male, suffered a gunshot wound to the left foot. He is currently in stable condition at Bridgeport Hospital. The second victim, a 23-year-old female, suffered gunshot wounds to the back and leg. She is in stable condition at Bridgeport Hospital. The third victim, a 26-year-old female, suffered an apparent non-weapon induced injury to the head. Her condition is unknown.
