(WTNH) — Chewbeads is recalling a style of their pacifier clip holders after they received reports that the beads on the clip could break off.
Chewbeads reports seven different incidents of the beads detaching, but so far there have been no injuries. In total, the recall affects 45,000 pacifiers sold in the United States.
Five different styles are affected by this recall. Pacifier clips in the shape of a butterfly, dinosaur, heart, sheriff’s badge, and a white baseball with red stitching with the logo of the Atlanta Braves, and Chicago White Sox baseball teams on it should be taken away from children. Chewbeads is offering a free replacement pacifier clip or a refund.
