In the Bender Kitchen: Easy breakfast on the go with Limor Suss

(WTNH)– Breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal of the day but most of the time were so busy we run out the door without eating it. Limor Suss is a lifestyle expert who came to the Bender Kitchen to share some recipes for breakfast that you can make ahead of time.

The four breakfast treats Limor shared are: Vanilla Blueberry Popsicle Parfaits, Oatmeal “Cupcakes”, Oatmeal Energy Bites and Chia Pudding cups.
