Flooded Cemetery in South Carolina

Areas in the Carolinas received over 20 inches of rain throughout the past week. An upper level low interacted with tropical moisture from Hurricane Joaquin. This caused heavy rain to fall on a wide area for a long duration of time. Many areas received more rain in just 4 days, than they received in the past 2 years.  6 deaths have been blamed on the flooding. Charleston was one area that was hit very hard with rain and flooding. Here are a few photos from a cemetery in Ridgeville, South Carolina the historic event. In this article, there are 4 pages of photos. You can scroll through them by using the number bar below, or by selecting NEXT PHOTOS on the bottom of each page.  If you’re interested in seeing more photos of the flooding, I have another article, you can see them by clicking here.
