Norwalk woman arrested on narcotics charges

WESTPORT, Conn. (WTNH)–Westport police arrested a woman on narcotics charges over the weekend.

After receiving a phone call about a motor vehicle being operated erratically, police stopped Amber Goold, 25, of Norwalk. After speaking with Goold, police learned that she was in possession of drug paraphernalia. She also told police that she was in possession of four pills that were later identified as a controlled substance.

Goold was arrested and chareged with possession of a narcotic which was not in its original container, and possession of a controlled substance.

She was released after posting a $5,000 bond, and was issued a court date of October 5th in Norwalk.
