Crews pull car out of water in Waterbury

WATERBURY, Conn. (WTNH) — Crews have pulled a car out of the water after a crash Monday night in Waterbury.

Officials say that around 11 p.m. Monday, a car went into the water in the area of Lakewood and Farmwood Roads in Waterbury. Officials on scene tell News 8 the driver was able to get out of the car and called police. The driver was not injured in the crash.

Crews located and pulled the car out of the water around 11:30 Tuesday morning.
