First Niagara Bank in Manchester robbed

MANCHESTER, Conn. (WTNH) — A bank robber walked into the First Niagara Bank on West Middle Turnpike Tuesday afternoon and ended up leaving without any money.

Manchester Police responded to the scene just after 2:30 p.m.

Police say a white male suspect handed a bank teller a note demanding money. The suspect later fled the scene without taking money. No word on if he was armed during the robbery.
