Parade of Homes to get inspired

(WTNH) —The Parade of Homes on October 18, provides Central Connecticut’s finest builders the opportunity to showcase their innovative ideas, special design features, dynamic floor plans and fine craftsmanship while building awareness of the value of new construction.

Attendees will be able tour 6 homes at various price points from the high $200,000 to $800,000.

  • Tour all 6 homes and enter to win prizes
  • Visit a variety of projects at different price ranges
  • Meet the builders
  • Tour homes in different stages of construction
  • Learn about new home design trends

Earlier this week the HBRA took more than 100 realtors to tour the six home sites.  The event helps provide education and information to real estate professionals about new home construction, energy efficiency, new building and design trends and much more.


The HBRA holds 2 tours each year, one in the greater Hartford area and one in the greater New Haven area.
