State police seeking help identifying Roxbury burglar

ROXBURY, Conn. (WTNH) — State police are asking for help identifying a man who they say burglarized a Roxbury home.

State police were called to a home in Roxbury just after 1 p.m. on Tuesday for a burglary alarm. When Troopers arrived, they discovered someone had broken into the home and taken numerous items.

Troopers secured the scene and began their investigation. Surveillance video from the property captured the suspect and the suspect vehicle, which was seen being driven away from the scene by a black male. The vehicle was last seen leaving the area on Squire Road.

Anyone who recognizes this individual or vehicle is asked to call Troop A at (203) 267-2200 or anonymously text “TIP711” with the information to 274637. All calls and texts will be kept confidential.
