Manchester police searching for TD Bank robber suspect

MANCHESTER, Conn. (WTNH) — Police are looking for a man who robbed a TD Bank in Manchester on Saturday afternoon.

Police were called to the TD Bank at 180 Deming Street at 3:00 p.m. for a reported robbery. When officers arrived, they learned a man came into the bank and handed the teller a note saying that he had a weapon. He was given an undisclosed amount of money and fled the scene. No one was injured during the robbery.

The suspect was described as a thin, black male. He was wearing a black leather coat, a black ski hat and sunglasses at the time of the robbery.

Anyone with information on this robbery is asked to call police at (860)645-5510. All calls can remain anonymous.
