Norwalk Police make shooting arrest

NORWALK, Conn. (WTNH) – Norwalk Police have arrested a man wanted for the shooting of another man that occurred last week.

Police have charged Dajuan Wiggins with assault 1st, criminal possession of a firearm (2 counts), criminal use of a firearm, carrying a pistol without a permit, and weapons in a motor vehicle (2 counts).

According to police Wiggins is responsible for shooting Kevin Rosiclair on October 19. Police say Rosiclair had walked into the emergency room at Norwalk Hospital with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. Police were then able to determine that Wiggins was the person who shot him.
