Man robs Bristol convenience store at gunpoint, police searching for suspect

BRISTOL, Conn. (WTNH) — Police are looking for a man who robbed a Bristol convenience store at gunpoint on Thursday night.

Bristol police were called to the Mi Tierra Multi Services convenience store at 178 Main Street just after 7 p.m. Thursday for a reported robbery.

Responding officers learned that a man entered the store, pointed a handgun at the clerk, and demanded money. The clerk gave the suspect cash from the register and the suspect fled the scene on foot.

The suspect is described as a white male, about 5’6″ to 5’8″ tall, 110 pounds, and about 18-20 years old. He was wearing all black clothing and a mask.
