Naugatuck High School closed Friday for unknown odor

NAUGATUCK, Conn. (WTNH) — Naugatuck High School will be closed on Friday due to an unknown odor in the school.

Naugatuck Fire Department said they received a call Thursday afternoon of an unknown odor in the high school. Due to the odor, Naugatuck High School will be closed on Friday, November 13 so the fire department and DEEP can continue testing.

Officials say they will continue to conduct tests until they determine what the odor is and if conditions are safe.

The high school was also closed last week due to an unknown odor.
