(WTNH) — According to the Farmer’s Almanac, this winter is expected to be very similar to last year’s. This means there could be a lot of cold weather and a lot of snow. Luckily for the New England area, this means there is plenty of opportunities to hit the slopes to ski and snowboard.
Skiing works so many of the body’s muscles, usually more than people realize. The Edge Fitness joins Ryan to talk about some work outs you can do to prepare for snowy skiing and snow boarding season
