HAMDEN, Conn. (WTNH) — A resulting fire from a car accident on West Todd Street caused a church sign to be burned Wednesday afternoon.
Just after 5:30 p.m., officers responded to a car accident on West Todd Street. When they arrived, they were notified by a Hamden Fire Department supervisor of a small fire at Saint Joan of Arc Church at 450 West Todd Street.
The fire caused damage to the church sign. Fire officials say an electrical issue started the fire, which was quickly put out.
