MIDDLETOWN, Conn. (WTNH) — Middletown police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing and endangered person.
Police say 43-year-old Charles David Carr was last seen on Wednesday, November 25 at 10 a.m. at his Middletown home. Police say Carr takes prescription medications for medical issues. Carr’s family told police that he suffers from a bi-polar disorder and schizophrenia.
Carr is described as a black male with short hair and a beard. He is 6’3″ tall and weighs approximately 260 pounds. Police say he has scars on his right arm.
Police do not know what Carr was wearing when he went missing. Carr does not have access to a car and police say his CT Driver’s License is suspended. Carr has ties to Bridgeport.
