Mothers Against Drunk Driving Holds National Day of Rememberance

WTNH – Mothers Against Drunk Driving is holding a National Day of Rememberance for all the victims who have died because of a drunk driver.  The organization says, every year, ten thousand people are killed by drunk drivers, and another 190-thousand are hurt.  Many states have toughened drunk driving laws by implementing ignition interlock laws.  That’s when an offender is forced to blow into a breathalyzer in order for their car to start.  Connecticut is one of those states. The law was implemented this year.
