Wilton, Conn. (WTNH)-  Wilton police say a 23 year old caretaker faces a variety of charges for allegedly taking advantage of a 61 year old handicapped person.  Authorites say Sequan Monice Frances was the victim’s caretaker.

Francis is accused of larceny, identity theft and illegal use of a credit card in the case. The suspect was originally held by Connecticut State police when they say she was found inside a vehicle that had been broken into earlier in the day this past Sunday.

It was later learned that Francis had an active arrest warrant that had been issued by the Wilton police department connected to the alleged crimes against the handicapped resident.
