Police: Shots Fired at Car & Garage in Cheshire

CHESHIRE, Conn. (WTNH)- Police are investigating after shots were fired at a car and garage in Cheshire late on Wednesday, Dec. 2.

Police say around 10:45PM they responded to the report of gun shots on Edgecomb Road, and found that shots had been fired at one, specific house. Police say they believe this was a targeted incident, and there is no threat to the public.

Police believe whoever fired the shots, purposely shot at a car and a detached garage, not at the other areas of the home. No one was hurt in the incident.

Police are asking anyone with information to give them a call.
