Say It Forward company to spread positive messages in NYC

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — A local company from Cheshire is taking their mission to New York City to “Say It Forward”, using greeting cards to spread positive messages this holiday season.

Joining us Sunday on Good Morning Connecticut is CEO of Say It Forward, Sandra Centorino to share what it’s all about.

Say It Forward + Co. is a registered Benefit Corporation based out of Connecticut. Their mission is to cause positive disruptions and bring people’s words to life through inspirational greeting cards.

Just as the “pay it forward” movement passes good deeds onto others, the Say It Forward movement inspires others through words. Say It Forward cards contain inspirational quotes crowd sourced by people throughout the community.

Centorino’s favorite quote is “You never know how or when you might touch another life”.

The holidays are just around the corner and with the season comes stress, loneliness and people in need of cheer. Say It Forward + Co. will spread positivity to New York City crowds with their inspirational cards. Say It Forward co-founders along with a positivity mob will distribute inspirational cards to crowds in New York City just before the holiday season. This inspirational movement will stop people in their tracks, allowing crazed holiday shoppers to take a “New York Moment” and be inspired.

The group will meet at Grand Central Station in New York City where they will spread the positive messages at the Today’s Show and proceed to make stops in other locations. Its all happening Thursday, Dec. 10 at 10 am.
