(WTNH) — Ciburbanity is simply a mesh of the words of city, suburb, and sanity. Furthermore it is a blog started by Charlotte Smith who was a part of this DIY Section of CT Style.
Ciburbanity chronicles Charlotte’s personal journey of fixing up her 100 year old home while artfully hoarding armchairs in her garage when she’s not writing, painting, sanding, laughing or negotiating with her five children.
If that doesn’t seem like a lot, she is also currently in the midst of building a Habitat for Humanity house with the help of Hometalk. Together, with many other bloggers from around New England who make up Bloggers Heart Habitat, they will be designing each room in a Middlesex home with thrifted and repurposed items.
