(WTNH) – Danny Henry is the last bastion of rock and roll. He has been described as a man who makes Jerry Lee Lewis look dull. His concerts are sensual extravaganzas and his music is written by howling at the moons of life in awe.
He is a lifelong Milford resident and this past summer, he toured the country and was in 27 different states, on his “Show Me Your Cities” tour. He’s a self-taught pianist and he is severely influenced and owes everything to so many of his musical heroes, including the Beach Boys, Jim Croce, Sam Cooke, Elton John, the Beatles, as well as Michael Jackson, Elvis, and the Muppets.
On December 19th, Danny will be performing at 4 at a Relay for Life benefit concert at the Main Street Tavern in Stratford.
On December 20th, Danny’s second Christmas special, “Danny Saves Christmas”, will be going online.
On February 13th, Danny will be performing in Los Angeles for the Wild Honey Foundation Presents THE BEACH BOYS 1967-1977
