Clinton Police Search for Shoplifters

CLINTON, Conn. (WTNH) – Clinton Police are looking for four shoplifting suspects that they say acted as a team to distract store employees so they could get away with a lot of loot. It happened at the Clinton Crossings Mall inside the Dooney & Bourke store.

Polices say on December 18th, three women and a man went into the Dooney & Bouke store on a mission. One of the women, with long hair carrying a Nautica bag, distracted the clerks. While a man and two other women made off with $600 dollars of merchandise.

Surveillance cameras caught them in action. If you think you recognize who these people are, you’re urged to call Clinton police at 860-669-0451.
