Tips for dressing kids for the brutal cold

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH)– If you’ve gone outside, you know how that below freezing air feels against the skin. Doctors say that it doesn’t just feel uncomfortable, it can also be dangerous.

News 8’s Stephanie Simoni was at Yale New Haven Hospital Tuesday morning with more on how to dress to fight that frigid air.
