WILLIMANTIC, Conn. (WTNH)– A Louisiana woman was arrested in Willimantic Monday, for the second time in less than two weeks, for causing a disturbance at a CVS.

On Monday evening, officers responded to the CVS on Main Street around 5:20 p.m. to the report of a woman pounding on the drive-thru window. Police say after Jones pounded on the window, she then drove away to park within a handicap parking space, before walking into the store in a fit of rage.
In the store, Jones began to scream threats and obscenities to the pharmacist and employees. Then, police say she picked up a nearby cash register plastic placard and threw it, missing a CVS employees.
Police arrested Jones in the store full of shoppers and charged her with breach of peace, criminal mischief and threatening.
“I will echo my professional sentiment from last week once again. This type of gross belligerent behavior is unacceptable, and will not be tolerated within the City of Willimantic,” Cpl. Stanley F. Parizo, Jr. said in press release.
On December 27th, Willimantic police arrested Jones for swinging a baseball bat around and destroying a cash register at the Ultra Violet Gentleman’s Club.
Jones was held for the CVS incident on $250 bond.
