In the Bender Kitchen: Tea-riffic Rubs with Mr. Tea

(WTNH) –  Sean “Mr. Tea” Condon is in the Bender Kitchen sharing his Tea-riffic Tea Rub for Salmon. With the right tea and spices, you can create a delicious main dish with all the great health benefits you are looking to incorporate into your life.  Remember the key to Tea Rubs is that you need to use a tea blend you would drink and not just use what the experts tell you to use.  Tea Rubs are great on all types of meat including salmon, pork and chicken.  All you need to create an amazing tea rub is a spice grinder and the herbs and spices to get you going in the right direction.
