In the Bender Kitchen: Healthy On-The-Go Lunches

(WTNH) – – A commonly asked question is: “What can I eat for lunch?” and Author/Speaker/Weight Loss Coach Margaret Marshall says “I think some of the best lunches are made from leftovers.” Margaret is in the Bender Kitchen to show three different leftover lunch meals made from 1 dinner meal and everyday kitchen items.

Fun in healthy eating:

  1. You will discover the large array of food that is enjoyable and healthy.
  2. You will be in control of your food, and not have food in control of you.
  3. Your desire for unhealthy food will diminish.
  4. It will become more natural to you to choose healthier food options.
  5. What and how others eat will no longer affect you and your food choices.

Stuffed baked potato:

1 baked potato –honey mustard dressing – 1 slice American cheese – Broccoli


Lettuce – Turkey- seeds-roasted vegetables-crumbles crackers (your favorite brand)

½ Sandwich with Roasted Vegtables:

1 slice flavorful bread, turkey slices, red pepper spread, and roasted vegetables.
