(WTNH) – Best-selling author and Reader’s Digest Editor-in-Chief Liz Vaccariello shares her simple method to stop eating high calorie foods and drop weight without starvation and extreme dieting. She says it’s all about making small changes that can shave hundreds of calories off every meal.
Her new book Stop & Drop Diet contains more than 200 meals to help kickstart weight loss. “I tried to make this the most convenient diet ever,” said Vaccariello. The book shares the small healthy swaps that are incredibly easy to make to shave calories. Switches include examples such as swapping the creamy soups for original soups.
Along with the book, there is an online video course which contains the first 12 days of the diet. There are personal videos with tips, community support, and even quizzes to help.
