Police looking for information after stabbing near West Haven bar

WEST HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — At least one person was seriously injured after a stabbing outside of a West Haven bar early Saturday morning.

West Haven police say at 1:30 a.m. Saturday, they were called to the “Peroles Latin Fusion Bar” at 93 Campbell Avenue for a report of a serious stabbing. When officers arrived, they found a large crowd and one person with visible facial injuries.

Officers then checked area hospitals for other potential victims. Yale-New Haven Hospital told them that a stabbing victim had just arrived. Police went to the hospital and found the male victim, who they say had serious stab wounds to his neck, back and arm. He was going into surgery.
