(WTNH) – Cooking steak is no easy task. Chef Jeff Lamberti, of the West End Bistro, shares the tips to cooking the perfect steak:
- The softness of the steak is your best indicator in seeing how cooked it is.
- Don’t be afraid to add butter and herbs while your steak is searing
- Steaks don’t more than 6-7 minutes
- Remember steaks continue to cook even after they’re off the stove, so let it sit for about 3 minutes before you serve.
