Man robs Dunkin’ Donuts in Cromwell

CROMWELL, Conn. (WTNH) – The Cromwell Police Department is investigating after an armed robbery at a Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant.

The police department tells News 8 a man walked into the Dunkin’ Donuts location on Berlin Road around 7:00 p.m., suggested to the employee that he had a gun and demanded for the employee to open the register.

The man left with an undisclosed amount of money.

The man is described as an African-American man, thin build, approximately six feet tall, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt or coat, blue jeans, black gloves and a black bandana over his face.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Cromwell Police Department.
