Virginia man arrested for Hebron sexual assault

HEBRON, Conn. (WTNH) — A 24-year-old-man was arrested for sexual assault on Thursday morning following a seven-month police investigation.

Police arrested Albert Bustamante of Portsmouth, Va. for the reported sexual assault of a 15-year-old in Hebron.

He has been charged with two counts of sexual assault in the second degree and two counts of risk of injury to a minor.

Bustamante was transported to Rockville Superior Court and is being held at a Hartford correctional facility on a $500,000 bond.

At this time it is not known if Bustamante entered a plea.
