Fairly quiet stretch now, watching Friday…

Here are your Monday weather headlines:

  • A chilly start to the work week but we’ll see temperatures for the afternoon in the mid to upper 30s
  • Watch out for icy spots in the morning as anything that melted during the day Sunday will freeze
  • Sun today with passing clouds, we will cool off quickly Monday night
  • More clouds for the day on Tuesday with temperatures in the mid 40s
  • A clipper will move by to our north Tuesday evening
  • This will bring a few passing showers Tuesday evening and continuing through the overnight hours, not much though
  • Temperatures will remain above freezing for most of CT, watch out for a few icy spots in the NW hills Wednesday morning
  • Wednesday will feature a bit of fog in the AM too
  • Our next weather headache is Friday with an offshore storm
  • We will be watching this closely over the next couple of day
  • The pattern looks to start getting active too
