NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) – February is heart health awareness month and Sacred Movement Yoga in Bloomfield teaches Anusara yoga, which promotes a healthy heart.
The studio’s owner Elizabeth Sullivan and instructor Stacy Szestowicki came on Good Morning CT to show Stephanie Simoni some of the useful yoga positions.
She demonstrates how to breathe and some relaxing positions folks could try on their lunchbreak.
