south Windsor, Conn. (WTNH)-A Manchester man is now facing charges of breach of peace and criminal trespass after turning up uninvited at a home on Ash Road and refusing to leave Saturday night.
Police say 27 year old Andrew Palenza refused to leave after being told by the owner to do so. According to police, a fight involving the homeowner and Palenza broke out after the suspect started banging on the windows of the house and tried to force his way inside after being told to leave. The suspect made a run for it, but was located by officers a short time later.
Palenza was released after posting a five hundred dollar bond. He is scheduled to make his first appearance in Manchester Superior Court on February 18th.
