HARTFORD, Conn. (WTNH) — Hartford Police have arrested three people after executing a search and seizure warrant at a South Marshall Street apartment.

On Wednesday night, Hartford police obtained a search warrant for a South Marshall Street apartment after learning that individuals living there were selling narcotics. When officers arrived to the apartment, they found a male and two females in the living room; 36-year-old Lamar Stanford, 27-year-old Sarah Rivera, and 28-year-old Danielle Hicks.

Officers searched the apartment, found, and seized two loaded firearms, one of which was reported stolen out of New Hampshire, 224 bags of heroin, 5 ounces of crack cocaine, $1,406, 2 ounces of marijuana, and miscellaneous packaging material. All three individuals were arrested and charged with several firearm and narcotic-related charges.

Police say the resident of the South Marshall Street apartment was able to call a friend to secure her apartment. When that individual arrived, police did a warrant check and found that he, 45-year-old Felix Vilcher, had an outstanding warrant out of New York as a Fugitive from Justice for a narcotic-related charge.
