Magician and Ted Talk Sensation Brian Miller shares the magic of motivational speaking

(WTNH) – CT Native, magician, and Motivational Speaker Brian Miller shares how he connects motivational speeches with magic. Miller’s TEDx talk “How to Magically Connect with Anyone” has reached 1 million views worldwide, making it one of the most popular TEDx talks ever given.

Brian Miller overcame childhood speech and social anxieties to become one of America’s most respected and highly acclaimed magicians & variety artists. Now he shares his message and his magic with teens and young adults at high schools and college campuses across the United States. A recent write up of his live speech named him a “motivational magician,” adding that the speech was “A blend of magic, humor, and vital advice laced with encouragement.”

“Magic is about taking on and understanding different perspectives and different points of view,” said Miller, “Magicians have mastered the ability to navigate between different perspectives.” He says he encourages young people to use that idea to connect with others.
