In the Bender Kitchen: Mary Wade Wine Dinner’s Smoked of Salmon Boule

(WTNH)– The 11th Annual Mary Wade Wine Dinner is being held at the Omni New Haven at Yale on April 30, 2016 from 6-10 pm.

Dishes from the event will be paired with Tuscan wines. There will be eight Tuscan Wines from Carpiento and a four course meal that has been meticulously paired with each wine. There will also be Silent and Live Auctions throughout the evening.

All proceeds benefit the Residential Enrichment Activities Program. The evening will celebrate Mary Wade’s 150th anniversary of service to the Greater New Haven Community.
