LISBON, Conn. (WTNH) – State police arrested a woman they say was high on heroin at a Dunkin Donuts.  Thursday morning, a concerned citizen called police saying a Toyota Scion had gone through the Dunkin Donuts drive-thru, and the driver seemed impaired.  The caller told police the car was at the Shell station in Lisbon.  Troopers from Troop E in Montville responded to the area and found the car nearby.  The driver was arrested for driving under the influence.

The passneger, Lynn Navan of Sterling allegedly had two bundles of heroin on her.  Police say when they searched the car, they found even more heroin.  Navan was unable to make bond.  She is due in a Norwich court on Friday.
