Baby lamb chops with broccoli rabe and stuffed gnocchi Gorgonzola



  • First, Marinate the lamb chops with extra virgin olive oil , sea salt, basil and Rosemary. Grill the lamb chops preferable rare


  • Steam the broccoli rabe . Then with extra virgin olive oil , slice garlic, salt and fresh black pepper combine with the steamed broccoli and sauté for 3 minutes


  • Then bring the water to a boil and cook gnocchi for about 2-3 minutes . Then Mix brown butter , fresh sage, a touch of pecorino cheese.


  • Then you are ready to serve, put broccoli rabe in the center of the plate , gnocchi on one side and lamb chops on the other side or around the plate . Finish with fresh black pepper
