NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — A New Haven man is now facing charges for shooting and killing a man in November 2014.
According to police, investigators obtained an arrest warrant on Friday for 20 year-old Latrell Roundtree, who is accused of killing 22 year-old Isaiah Conyers, of New Haven.
Conyers was shot and killed on Nov. 18, 2014, at an apartment on Warwick Street, according to officials.
Roundtree is a convicted felon currently behind bars on unrelated charges. In connection with Conyer’s death, authorities say Roundtree will be charged with first-degree manslaughter with a firearm, carrying a pistol without a permit, and risk of injury to a minor.
Roundtree’s arrest warrant is sealed by court order. His bond is set at $700,000.
