NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — For many of us, the start of spring is a reminder of two things: it’s time to get into shape and knock out your spring cleaning.
Joining us Saturday on Good Morning Connecticut, the founder of “Zoefit” Shana Schneider demonstrates how you can bur calories while doing chores and get rid of those dust dunnies that have piled up over the winter months.
Schneider created a workout takes you through the everyday chores of getting your house cleaned up, and transitioned from winter and ready for spring! Each letter in the word S.P.R.I.N.G stands for a chore and an exercise with each one building off the other.
