Plainfield woman arrested for narcotics possession

PLAINFIELD, Conn. (WTNH) – A Plainfield woman is under arrest after attempting to enter an abandoned house with narcotics.

According to the Plainfield Police, they received a report of a female attempting to enter an abandoned house. At 8:30 p.m. Thursday evening, they were able to locate Chelsea Conrad, 28, of Plainfield who fit the description given by the caller.

Through their initial investigation, officers discovered that Conrad had 15 bags of heroin in her possession.

Conrad was then arrested and charged with possession of Narcotics. She was released on a $5000 bond, and is scheduled to appear at Danielson Superior Court on April 4, 2016.

According to Plainfield police, Conrad was arrested earlier this month on a motor vehicle stop, where she was charged with being in possession of approximately 130 bags of heroin.
