Manchester police bust accused “Molly” dealer after chase

MANCHESTER, Conn. (WTNH) – Manchester Police say they busted a drug dealer who has been selling the drug “Molly” in Vernon.  On Thursday, undercover officers say they bought the drug from Michael Ibscher, 24 of East Hartford.  When they tried to make the arrest, police say Ibscher got away, hit an unmarked police car and took off.  No one was hurt.

Later that night after escaping police one more time in East Hartford, Ibscher gave himself up to East Hartford Police.  Once in custody he was hit with a list of drug and evading charges, and four warrants.  Ibscher’s bond totaled $750,000.
